Demolition, site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wichita Falls, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a 100-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

This project consists of upgrades and improvements to The Falls, including its manmade waterfall, landscaping, and trail. The scope involves the demolition of rock veneer and select removal of dry-stack rock; replacement of a metal intake well and screen; replacement of a 3,600 gpm, one hundred-HP main pump with associated piping, valves, and controls; installation of a 3,600 gpm, fifty-HP recirculation pump with piping, valves and controls; and replacement of two pump manhole lids with a fixed concrete top featuring a pump access hatch and safety screen. Work also includes widening approximately 1,050 linear feet of concrete trail, constructing a new one hundred forty-linear foot by ten-foot high retaining wall with rock veneer, landscaping and irrigation, and replacing area lighting with LED area and pathway lighting. The project will add new programmable LED flood lighting, replace the electrical building with an approximately one hundred-square-foot building, and perform significant electrical upgrades. An existing transformer will feed a new 480V, 400A NEMA 3R main disconnect, which will power a 480V, 600A NEMA 1 motor control center for all site motors and lighting. A new PLC control panel with a Schneider Modicon PLC TM251MESE and a cellular modem will be installed for communication.
