The City of Torrington, Wyoming is requesting proposals from qualified design build contractors for the engineering, procurement, and installation of one complete diesel generator system at the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 651 Industrial Park Avenue. All proposals must be submitted electronically via email to the Director of Public Works. The City will evaluate all proposals received and will execute an Agreement for Professional Services with the selected contractor. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. A complete Request for Proposal document can be obtained from the Director of Public Works via email request. A mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held at the City Hall Conference Room.
