Paving and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Wyandotte, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The scope of work includes the renovation of the boys baseball field and diamond. Work involves providing and installing 125 tons of DuraEdge Classic, 2 pallets of DuraPitch Premium Mound Clay, 2 tons of ProSlide Topdressing, 1 pallet of Playball Conditioner, up to 7,000 square feet of sod, 50 tons of topsoil, pitching rubber, 25 tons of limestone screenings, home plate, bases, anchors, 2 portable pitching mounds, and professional installation services. Tasks include measuring and marking the field for square and lip removal, lip removal at specified distances, laser grading of lip area for new sod, removal and disposal of contaminated material for surface drainage, installing DuraEdge Classic Infield Mix and grading to finish, removing sod to create basepaths and install mix, bringing home plate area to grade and installing mound clay, setting pitching rubber and mound clay, topdressing, grooming, marking and removing for warning track installation, installing limestone screenings, grading bullpen areas, installing sod, and removal of leftover soil. Contractor is responsible for all measurements. The owner is responsible for irrigation work and watering/growth of new sod. Work must be completed by September 30, 2026. Sealed bids must be received at the specified location and time. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the process and accept the most advantageous bid.
