The project consists of the removal and disposal of existing UPS systems; furnishing and installation of new UPS systems and associated equipment; completion of all required electrical connections and integration with existing systems; rigging and placement of equipment; and all startup, testing, and commissioning necessary to ensure the systems are fully operational. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system with a new, modern, and reliable UPS solution that meets current operational needs and provides sufficient power backup during utility outages at the Edward W. Brooke Courthouse located at 24 New Chardon Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
