Renovation of a medical facility in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Mobile County Health Department (MCHD) is soliciting sealed bids for Project #2026-01 MCHD (Partial Re-roofing). Contractors will be responsible for removing and replacing specified roofing components located at 251 N Bayou Street, based on the construction documents and job scope provided by MCHD. Bidders must not be on the U.S. General Services Administration list of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement or Non-Procurement Programs. Eligible bidders must attend one of two mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings and sign the attendance log. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked, along with required documentation including a bid bond or certified check (5% of the bid), a performance bond (100% of the contract amount), a payment bond (50% of the contract amount plus estimated attorney's fees), evidence of insurance (minimum $1,000,000), contractor's license, State of Alabama Vendor Disclosure Statement, W-9, Beason-Hammond Affidavit, and Certification of Insurance Liability. All documents must be enclosed within the sealed envelope and submitted to the designated office prior to the bid deadline. The official bid form and all required documents are available from the specified website. The Mobile County Health Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any formalities.
