Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work, including but not limited to Installation of new irrigation systems in each project area Saw cutting and removal of approximately twelve inches (12) of existing concrete, curb, sidewalk, or other hardscape surfaces as necessary for installation of irrigation lines and related components Connection to designated points of connection (POCs) Installation of new trees in designated locations Surface restoration Traffic control and public safety measures The City of West Jordan on behalf of the Public Services Department is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the installation of four irrigation systems and the planting of trees within existing hardscape areas. The project includes four distinct areas along 4800 West: o Area A1: 8730 South to 8620 South (west side only) o Area A2: 8620 South to 8580 South (both east and west sides) o Area A3: 8580 South to 8490 South (east side only) o Area A4: 8490 South to 8430 South (east side only) Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions May 19th 2026, 10:00 AM MDT TERM OF AGREEMENT The successful Contractor may be issued a contract with a construction completion date of September 30, 2026. The City reserves the right to reduce the scope of work based on available budget.
