Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Quebec, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Brief description of the works: - Partial roof refurbishment for pools B-1, B-2, C-2, D-1 and D-2. - Pools B-2 and C-2 will be fitted with a new roofing system; the other pools will undergo. resurfacing. - New parapets will be constructed, as the existing wooden parapets do not comply with the NBC (National Building Code). - A new louvred shed will be built. - New metal cladding will be fitted to the walls adjacent to the pools. - Some windows will be removed and reinstalled to restore waterproofing. - Installation of new control joints at the building junctions. - Installation of safety anchors. TIMELINE: Tender call # 25-107.1 has been cancelled. Reference number: 20143826. Further update in mid-/late summer, 2026.
