Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes tree work, clearing and grubbing, demolition and removal of the existing bridge, grading, fine grading, pile driving, concrete, asphalt, guard rail, setting precast bridge beams, sediment and erosion control, grass, and vegetative mat. The eight existing solid concrete bridge beams must be moved approximately 0.3 miles north and set on the ground. Coordination with the engineer and property owner is required.
