Base Bid Items (Primary Construction Scope) The Base Bid shall include all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the following: o Site clearing and grubbing o Rough grading, finish grading and site shaping o Seeding, erosion control and slope stabilization o Construction of new site entry drive connecting to Mette Road o Construction of gravel parking area o Reinforced concrete steps leading to the creek o Installation of custom central railing system for watercraft access o Construction of pedestrian access routes (gravel walkways) o Installation of stormwater and drainage improvements o All associated earthwork, subgrade preparation and site restoration Alternate Bid Items Alternate items may be accepted or rejected at the City's discretion and shall be clearly identified on the Bid Form. o Additional gravel parking area o Construction of entry gate at site access point o Installation of concrete blocks, cable system and installation of bollards o Gravel parking area with the cellular confinement system for load support.
