Site work and paving for a communication facility in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the 26-08 Traffic Signal Replacement Project at the College Township Municipal Office. The project consists of the replacement or modification of pad-mounted signal cabinets, 18" risers, and all related equipment and appurtenances, as well as the installation of pre-emption detectors and LED confirmation lights, replacement of pedestrian buttons, signs, and battery backup system at E College Ave (SR26) / Elmwood St. It also includes replacement of the battery backup system and related appurtenances at Benner Pike (SR150) / Walmart Dr. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided and enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name. Each proposal must include a Bid Security of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, an Anti-Collusion Affidavit, a Public Works Employment Verification, and an Affidavit accepting the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act. The successful bidder must provide Performance and Payment Bonds each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, as well as a Certificate of Insurance. The Township Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
