Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Concord Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Sealed proposals are requested for the MCCANDLISS ROAD CULVERTS REPLACEMENT PROJECT in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the Elizabeth Township Trustees. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Township in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked with the project title. Each bid must include the full name of the bidder and interested parties, and evidence of experience on similar projects. Completion of the project is required no later than August 31, 2026. All contractors and subcontractors, to the extent practicable, must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates for Miami County, Ohio, is mandatory. Each bid must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as specified by Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, with the Township reserving rights to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and award with up to a 10% reduction in bid quantity. The engineer's estimate for the project is $119,779.00. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of Bidding Documents or discovery of any ambiguities, inconsistencies, errors or omissions in the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Township Trustees, 5710 East Walnut Grove Road, Troy, Ohio 45373, (937) 335-1920. Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening Bids will not be answered.
