Description

Demolition, site work, outdoor lighting, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Sherman, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a road / highway; for the demolition of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for the renovation of a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

This project consists of all work associated with the unit price bid for rehabilitation/addition of 100 W. Houston Street Lighting, including demolition of the existing sidewalk; light pole and power rehabilitation/demolition; removal and preservation of existing parking signs within demolished areas; and should the Owner decide to award the Additive Alternate, demolition of affected pole bases. Project shall include all necessary labor, materials, and testing in accordance with the plans and specifications.
