Demolition, site work and addition to a medical facility in Maple, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility; for the addition of a medical facility; and for the demolition of a medical facility.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing concrete sidewalk at Maple Health Centre (10424 Keele Street) to create a wider, accessible pedestrian pathway. Any bids received from respondents who do not meet the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) certification requirements, as stated in RFT Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of not less than 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount generated on the Bidding Website in the Schedule of Prices in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the province of Ontario. Submissions are to be made electronically through the Regions Bids and Tenders website. Hard copy bid submissions will not be accepted.
