Demolition, site work and addition to a civil project in New Tecumseth, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This contract is for the Brendan Holly Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolid Storage Expansion at 6315, 14th Line, Alliston, Ontario. The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction, connection, and testing of two new glass-fused steel-bolted biosolid storage tanks, associated earth works, dewatering, concrete foundations, installation of mixing nozzles, valves, pipework to connect with existing tanks, a new sludge loading station, and other works as specified in the contract documents. The two new biosolids tanks will be supplied and installed by a pre-selected supplier (Greatario), who will be retained by the tenderer (General Contractor) through this contract. Upon written directions from the Owner, the General Contractor will sign a novation agreement with Greatario, thereby assuming all rights and responsibilities under the Owners existing supply agreement for the Tank Supply Order. The non-mandatory site visit provides the opportunity for bidders to satisfy themselves by personal visitation and examination of the site existing conditions which may be encountered on or adjacent to the site, including without limitation, all underground/overhead utilities locations, surface & sub-surface conditions, existing structures on or adjacent to the sites, laydown areas, access routes and other conditions which affect performance of the Deliverables.
