Renovation of an educational facility in Greenwood, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education will receive offers to perform all work associated with Tender 2026-01. This includes Package A for Dwight Ross School Renovations Phase 4 and Package B for Dwight Ross School Fire Alarm System Upgrade, located at 949 Tremont Mt. Road, Greenwood, for a Stipulated Price Contract in accordance with the Tender Documents. The right is reserved to exclude Package B (Breakout Price 1 - Fire Alarm System Upgrade), depending on budget and operational requirements and/or applicable considerations, at its sole discretion. Package A includes demolition of combustible ceiling materials in gymnasium; installation of 150 mm water main; oil tank and oil lines; above ceiling insulation in select classrooms; painting of gym roof trusses and deck; mixed air gym ventilation unit and associated ductwork; lighting; sprinkler work; full building sprinkler system commissioning; associated civil architectural mechanical and electrical work. Package B Breakout Price 1 includes fire alarm system upgrade to addressable system including installation and commissioning of owner supplied equipment.
