Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Southport, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,800-square-foot fire / police facility.
The City of Panama City Beach is requesting sealed proposals from qualified Contractors for construction services of the Police K-9 Training Facility. This project consists of the construction of a new, approximately 2,800 sq. ft. Police K-9 Training Facility located on the north end of North Gulf Blvd. The facility will include kennels, offices, and ancillary spaces, as well as all related site improvements. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project. The primary objective is to complete the facility in compliance with grant requirements and within the allotted grant timeline. The grant is included with this bid for review.
