The infrastructure to be dismantled are houses, sheds as well as all underground pipe and sump infrastructure present on these lots. The mandate also provides for the excavation of 10 trenches spread over two lots to allow the site supervisor to take soil samples. The work must be carried out as soon as the contract is signed in order to be completed no later than September 15, 2026. The contract will start on the signature date and end on November 1, 2026, for a scheduled duration of 6 months.
