Replace the existing 1,000 GPM fire pump with a new pump and all ancillary equipment as specified in the plans. The work includes the removal and disposal of the existing pump and exhaust fan per demolition plans. The scope also includes the installation of a new exhaust fan and all necessary electrical and mechanical connections. The system shall be tested and certified that the new fire pump is fully functional. The project also includes one-year of maintenance as specified in the plans, which shall start after the new fire pump is installed and tested.
