Only proponents who have satisfactorily completed or are satisfactorily performing, in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, work similar in scope, magnitude, and complexity as the work required by this contract will be considered for award. Proponents are solely responsible for ensuring their submissions are delivered using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the closing time, in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
