This project involves the following: Terminal Parking Lot: traffic control plan and measures; erosion control measures; reconstruction of approximately 10,000 square feet of terminal building parking lot pavements; earthwork; installation of drainage structures and piping; installation of wall pack lighting units; installation of pavement markings; and topsoil and seed. Bidders will be required to furnish a bid bond, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
