It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Erosion control. 2. Clearing and grubbing. 3. Demolition and removals. 4. Concrete surfacing (parking and walk). 5. Aggregate surfacing. 6. Asphalt surfacing. 7. Pavement marking. 8. Bike rack, bike repair station installation. 9. Construction of signage kiosk with roof. 10. Seeding and site restoration.
