Reference Number 0000423244 This will be a 2 step process: Step 1 - Submittal for Qualifications, Step 2 - Oral interviews/Cost proposals for short listed firms Front Range Community College (FRCC) is requesting proposals from architectural/engineering firms for audits of facilities and campus infrastructure at our Westminster and Larimer campuses. It is the desire of the college to have teams created prior to the proposals being submitted to ensure there is sufficient architectural and engineering expertise to complete the requested audits. The purpose of the building audits is to gather information, perform assessments as defined by the Office of State Architect (OSA), identify critical deficiencies, and work with the Colleges Facilities Planning and Management (FPM) and Facilities Operations staff to identify, quantify and prioritize projects to be submitted to the State for Controlled Maintenance funding. Deliverables must support immediate submission into State Controlled Maintenance and capital planning processes, including fully prioritized, cost validated, and risk ranked project lists.
