Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The City and County of San Francisco, through the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), is seeking proposals from qualified firms, teams, joint ventures, or other business entities to provide Design-Build services for Wastewater Facilities Security Enhancements. The project involves implementing security upgrades across various wastewater facilities to mitigate security risks to facilities, assets, staff, and operations from external threats. These facilities must remain operational 24/7 during the project. Only pre-qualified firms may submit proposals, and there are specific Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting participation requirements of 8.00% for the Design Phase and 20.00% for the Construction Phase. Qualified candidates must submit additional qualification forms to meet new requirements or to request substitutions of key team members.
