All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing by June 11, 2026, with responses posted after the close of the question period. All bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with specified requirements via email, referencing the project title in the subject line. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on June 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Maidstone Day Use Parking lot (through the gate).
