Separate sealed Bids for CONTRACT #P2026-02, Janitorial Services for the WRTP and Administration Building (Specialized) will be received by the Delaware County Regional Water Quality Control Authority (DELCORA). All bids shall be submitted and updated online via the PennBid™ Program. All bidding documents and solicitation details are available at no cost at PennBid™ - www.PennBid.net. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through is scheduled at the DELCORA Administration Building, followed by an additional walk-through at the Western Regional Treatment Plant. All bidders must strictly adhere to all terms and conditions set out in the bidding documents. Questions concerning compliance must be raised prior to submission of the bid, and submission constitutes agreement to comply with all terms and conditions. Bids, experience statements, bonds, and insurance certificates must be executed on the forms provided in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid proposal and made payable to DELCORA. Bids may be modified or withdrawn prior to opening. DELCORA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, eliminate items, waive irregularities, and review bids for up to sixty days after opening.
