The project consists of rehabilitating two water treatment plant sludge lagoons totaling approximately 2.6 acres. Rehabilitation efforts include the installation of new high-density polyethylene liner systems, new concrete sumps, new concrete walkways, new asphalt perimeter road, and the replacement of existing piping and valves. All materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for this construction must be furnished. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the provided form or a surety company's standard form, executed by the bidder and a surety company licensed in Tennessee and listed in Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five percent of the bid. No bid may be withdrawn within 12 calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Question Deadline 06/15/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
