Remodeling of a transportation facility in Auburn, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 17-room transportation facility.

The major items of work include installing interior partition walls and exterior manual sliding doors at 17 hangar units within Hangar F (base bid) and Hangar E (additive bid). The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 100 working days. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or proposal bond (surety bond) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such Contract and furnish satisfactory Contract Bond within the time stated in the Bid Documents, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Auburn. Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond. All bids shall be filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for bid opening.
