University of British Columbia has engaged a Construction Manager, Heatherbrae Builders Co Ltd., to coordinate and manage the seismic upgrade of the Douglas T Kenny Building located at 2139 West Mall, Vancouver, British Columbia. All bidders are required to register with Heatherbrae Builders their intent to bid this project. Registered bidders will receive addenda notifications. A site visit will be organized for registered bidders to view the interior of the building. It is recommended that trades arrange to view the site and familiarize themselves with the site, the surrounding areas, and roadways to coordinate any delivery or access concerns. Submissions must be submitted using one of the specified delivery methods.
