Bids are invited for the supply of crushed rock and bedding sand for District use. The successful bidder will be selected based on the lowest aggregate price for both materials, with estimated purchase volumes of 7,000 tons of crushed rock and 10,000 tons of washed sand. The supply contract will run for the District's fiscal year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. All bids must be submitted on forms provided by the District and delivered in a sealed envelope marked “CRUSHED ROCK AND BEDDING SAND.” The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive errors and informality in the bidding.
