Questions Due Date: May 14th 2026, 4:00 PM MDT The Town of Brighton is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from specialized telecommunications contractors to identify and prequalify them to perform the design and construction of a complete fiber optic network (Fiber-to-the-Premises) to serve approximately 558 residential and commercial premises throughout the Town. This is a prequalification process, after which only approved vendors will be invited to submit proposals for the full project scope, which will include detailed scope of work, technical and price proposals, and evaluation of cost and qualifications. Pre-qualification requirements: Telecommunications contractors must submit Statements of Qualifications to be considered for prequalification and inclusion on the approved vendor list. Only those on the approved list will be eligible for the subsequent Request for Proposals for the full scope of work.
