Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stonewall, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
The project scope consists of disassembling the existing batting cagestructure, delivering the disassembled batting cage to a new offsite location, expansionofexisting batting cage slab, and the construction of the new batting cage structure Also included in the work is the installation of four (4) batting cage netsandnewLED lighting and power receptacles as per plans and specs. Complete bidding documents are available electronically without charge. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to five percent of the base bid and all additive alternates. Bids are accepted only from contractors licensed for Building Construction in Louisiana, and compliance with all legal requirements is mandatory. The successful bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required for bid acceptance. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Special accommodations must be requested at least seven days before bid opening.
