Renovation of an educational facility in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Hamilton County Schools (HCS) seeks to contract with a qualified, experienced, and professional Vendor for HVAC system replacement at the Soddy Daisy Wrestling Gym. Work includes the removal and replacement of four (4) existing suspended electric heat and ventilation units with two (2) new packaged DX rooftop units equipped with gas heat and full economizers. Global Plasma Solutions bipolar ionization filter units shall be installed within the return duct of each packaged DX unit to reduce the required outside air quality for ventilation. Additionally, the project included installation of a new Building Management System (BMS) to integrate the facility into the existing BMS network infrastructure utilized by HCS. The detailed scope of work and Contractor responsibilities are further defined within the project plans provided as part of the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to review and fully understand all associated project documents.
