The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, fees and supplies necessary to fulfill the requirements listed in this bid spec. 3.1 This is a turnkey project. The contractor is responsible for obtaining and providing any electrical or HVAC needs. Contractor shall provide all necessary tools and new equipment. 3.2 Contractor shall demolish existing equipment, recover old refrigerant,take out existing refrigeration units, dismantle old walkin box structure and dispose. Contractor shall remove the old refrigerant piping to theroof. 3.3 Contractor shall keep work area clean and free of clutter.3.4 Contractor shall supply and install the new walk-in box panels structure, seal all joints and trim doors to block wall openings. 3.5 Contractor shall supply and set new condensing units on the roof with crane and remove the old condensing units. Contractor dig out and reuse roof penetration pitchpocket if possible. If needed, the hole penetration shall be redone for refrigeration copper linesets. 3.6 Contractor shall pipe in new refrigerant copper linesets from roof to Indoor cooler and freezer evaporators, insulate 1'' wall thickness on low temp freezer system, 3/4 '' wall on cooler system. Pressure test, evacuate and charge. Replacement of walk-in cooler/freezer at Skyline Middle School, located at 240 Luray Ave., Front Royal, VA 22630.
