Site work and paving for a road / highway in Avoca, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project consists of pavement replacement, including pulverizing the existing road surface, compacting the pulverized material to create a stable base, and applying a double layer surface finish to ensure proper grading and drainage along the road for approximately 1.8 miles. Work must be finished prior to September 1, 2026. Bids must follow LRIP guidelines. Bidders may mail sealed bids to the Town of Pulaski Clerk or hand deliver them to Pulaski Town Hall by the specified deadlines. The town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town.
