This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Grafton Urban Rehabilitation. The successful bidder shall provide all labour, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to complete the work as described in the construction drawings and special provisions. The County of Northumberland, in partnership with the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand, is seeking quotations for the rehabilitation of County Road 2 and 23 within the urban area of Grafton.
