Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sugar Land, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of the Alcorn Lake Rehabilitation, which includes rehabilitation of the existing basin using sheet pile. Bids must be submitted electronically. For construction contracts over $250,000, bidders must submit either a two percent certified or cashier's check or a five percent bid bond of the maximum total bid amount, payable to the Owner. Bidders must also provide a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until 90 calendar days from the date bids are open.
