The work consists of construction in Sedgwick County, State of Kansas, for Sedgwick County Project 614-1-3720; 21st St. North Bridge Over North Fork Ninnescah River (B503). The project covers approximately 0.109 miles and includes bridge, grading, surfacing, pavement marking, seeding, guardrail, and RCB. Physical bid responses must be sealed and contain the firm's name and address, RFB number, and Bid Opening date on the envelope, with one original and one copy of the bid document including supplementary materials. Email bids are also accepted with the RFB number in the subject line, and each bid must be sent separately for multiple projects. Bids must be received before the specified time and date to be considered. Bids must include a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with a Surety licensed in the State of Kansas, in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the proposal, payable to the County Clerk of Sedgwick County, Kansas. Contract Documents are available electronically for download. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
