The project involves the re-grading and installation of a storm sewer and catch basins within the exterior courtyard. The exterior doors into the courtyard from Corridor C102 and the nearest exterior door from the cafeteria are to be made accessible by means of a flush threshold; the concrete pad will be replaced to facilitate. The exterior doors of Corridor C102 and the vestibule doors will be equipped with a power door operator. There is a small concrete pad that had depressed, that are to be lifted. Finally, the existing vertical platform lift to the stage will be replaced with new. Bid Bond amount of $37,000.00 (Thirty-Seven Thousand Dollars) is required to accompany tender. Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond.
