The Corporation of the Township of Ramara is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to provide dust suppressant for approximately 200 km of gravel roads. All quotations must be submitted on the provided Bid Forms and clearly marked with 2026 Dust Suppressant. No site meeting or quotation deposit is required. Bidders are instructed to submit completed proposals in person, by mail, or electronically. Electronic submissions should be sent to the specified emails and must include all pages of the quotation and supporting documentation, with the Contract ID in the subject line. The deadline for bid submission is May 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Local Time. Late submissions will not be accepted. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to cancel the call for bids at any time. No purchasing preference will be given. Successful bidders must maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage with a minimum of five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence. All submissions become the property of the Township and are subject to the "Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act." Any attempt at bribery or fraud will result in cancellation of the submission or contract.
