The purpose is to invite proposals from professional, qualified, experienced companies for the provision of Eagle Ridge Pool Repair - Phase 2. Proponents must provide the City with a list of attendees requiring access to the confined space prior to the site visit, and those attendees must provide proof of valid confined space training certification. Inspection of the confined space during the site visit is not mandatory. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparing a response. Proposals will not be opened in public. The City also reserves the right to negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked proponents. Procurement of goods and services will be in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West Partnership Agreement (NWPTA). Proponents are required to check the City’s website for updated information and addenda before the closing date. Printing of RFP documents is the proponent’s responsibility.
