The scope of work includes public water improvements involving the rehabilitation of a 75,000 gallon pedesphere water tower and a booster pump in Morris, Okmulgee, Oklahoma. The project encompasses categories such as jack & bore sewer and water utility construction, water utilities, water and wastewater facilities, water main repair/replacement and rehabilitation, stormwater improvements, water tower rehabilitation and repair, and waterlines. Bidders are instructed to carry out the work in accordance with the specifications and plans available from the Owner’s office or through specified online platforms. Each original bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check or a Bidder’s Bond for five percent of the total bid amount. Required documentation includes a DW-412 Noncollusion Affidavit and a DW-413 Business Relationships Affidavit, demonstrating compliance with regulatory and anti-collusion policies. Performance, maintenance, and statutory payment bonds for 100% of the contract price with a corporate surety licensed in Oklahoma are required, as well as a one-year maintenance bond.
