The City of Altamont is accepting sealed bids for the demolition, disposal, and removal of all above-ground structures at 911 S Wells. The project includes residences, garages, fences, and outbuildings, as well as the removal and backfill of any existing cellars or cisterns. The contractor is responsible for cutting and capping city sewer and water lines, removing all debris from the site, and controlling dust during operations. Work must be completed within two months of the bid award.
