The County of Bedford is seeking bids for the Sheriff's Office Expansion to construct a two-story, approximately 15,500 square foot addition including office, storage, and meeting spaces, a new elevator and new entrance; renovate limited areas of the existing building to reconfigure office spaces and add one new bathroom, and other work indicated in the IFB. Questions should be submitted in writing to hknight@bedfordcountyva.gov on the Pre-Bid Question form included in the project manual. Questions will be taken until 3:00 PM local time on June 4, 2026.
