Sealed Bids And Documents Will Be Received In The Office Of The Purchasing Agent At The North Providence Town Hall, 2000 Smith Street, North Providence, Rhode Island 02911. No Bids Will Be Received After 10:45 AM. Bids Will Be Opened Publicly And Read Aloud In The Assembly Room (Ground Level) Of The North Providence Town Hall. Specifications Will Be Available At The Following Web Site: Http://northprovidenceri.gov/purchasing/. The Purchasing Board Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, To Waive Any Informalities In The Bids Received And To Accept And Award The Bid To The Lowest Evaluated Bidder Deemed Most Favorable To The Interest Of The Town. There Will Be A Mandatory Pre Bid Meeting For The Design/Build Brookfarm Road Bridge Project. The Location Will Be On Brookfarm Road In North Providence, RI. The Site Will Be Clearly Marked. Individuals Requesting Interpreter Services For The Hearing Impaired Must Call The Purchasing Agent 48 Hours In Advance Of The Meeting Date. Per Order Of The North Providence Division Of Purchasing Albert Costa, Purchasing Agent. Question Deadline 06/02/2026 All Questions About The Meaning Or Intent Of The Bidding Requirements And Contract Documents Shall Be Submitted For Interpretation Or Clarification No Later Than 48 Hours Prior To Time Ofreceipt Ofbids. Every Request For Such Interpretation Shall Be In Writing And Addressed To Town Of North Providence Division Of Purchasing 2000 Smith Street, North Providence, RI 02911, And To Be Given Consideration, Must Be Received In The Purchasing Agents Office Not Laterthan 12:00 Noon, Seven (7) Calendar Days (Saturdays, Sundays, And Legal Holidays Included) Prior To The Date Fixed For The Opening OfBids. All Bidders Are Advised To Inspect The Existing Project And To Familiarize Themselves With Conditions, As They Exist, Priorto Submitting Their Bids. Hours Ofinspection Will Be Between 9:00 AM And 4:00 PM On Monday Through Friday. Contractor Shall Notify Town A Minimum Of 48 Hours Prior To Time He Would Like To Make Site Visit. Contractors Shall Inform Personnel In The Office Upon Their Arrival Prior To Inspecting The Site.
