Sealed bids are requested from qualified vendors for the elevator modernization at Park Ridge Senior Building, 330 East Burnsville Parkway, Burnsville, MN 55337. Bids must be submitted on the specified forms and in accordance with the bid documents prepared by the Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA) or its representative. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each submission. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be given full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, sex, age, religion, or national origin. The Dakota County CDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities and informalities, and award the contract in its best interest. General Scope: The project consists of the modernization and renovation of ONE (1) elevator within the building. Mechanical and electrical alterations will be made as part of this contract for code compliance with the AHJ interpretations of the ASME Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators. The Elevator Contractor shall act as the prime contractor
