Furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment and performing all work required for the Construction of Water, Sanitary, Drainage, and Paving Facilities in Woodson's Reserve Section 47. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are opened. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, on behalf of Montgomery County Municipal District No. 152A (the "District"), the bidder shall submit a printed, executed, and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. Failure to do so will result in the district's inability to execute the contract. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Water, Sanitary, Drainage, and Paving Facilities in Woodson’s Reserve Section 47. b. The Project Site. The project is located in Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 152A, Montgomery County, Texas. The site is located on the southeastern side of Grand Parkway and to the North of Rayford Road. To the Northeast of Lexington Boulevard is the West Fork San Jacinto River. In ample time to permit consideration before reply, submit questions about bidding instruments to the Engineer. b. Necessary replies will be issued to bidders of record as addenda, which becomes a part of the bidding instruments. Oral instructions do not form a part of the bidding instruments.
