Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clayton, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,921-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and educational facility.

Sealed bids are requested for the complete construction work for Cascade Middle and High School Renovations 2026. All work shall be performed under the contract form specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit their bid forms using the forms provided in the project manual and follow the requirements of the current Indiana Board of Accounts Form 96, including a financial statement and a bid bond or certified check for not less than 5% of the total base bid price, payable to Mill Creek Community School Corporation. The bid documents list all other required submissions. Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the project’s name, bid package number, name and return address of the bidder. All proposals must fully comply with the bidding documents. Access to the bid documents can be obtained by contacting the provided representative.
