Does this NOI include all proposed soil disturbing activities associated with the entire common plan of development Yes 2) Anticipated project Start Date: April 15, 2025 and Completion Date: December 31, 2030 3) Estimated total area to be disturbed: 1.70 Acres 4) Total area of the site: 26.40 Acres 5) Do you plan to disturb ten or more acres that are within a common drainage area No The purpose of this general permit is to implement the Federal Water Pollution Control statutes and regulations; to permit discharges of stormwater runoff from construction sites subject to National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements; and to protect the waters of the State from sediment and other contaminants. The City of Wichita is seeking bids from firm(s) to provide construction services for the Public Works & Utilities Department.
