Sealed bids are invited for improvements to Springdale Road (CR-673) from NJ Route 70 to the Burlington County border, in Cherry Hill Township, Camden County, New Jersey. Bidders must obtain bidding documents by registering and downloading them from the Camden County website. Questions regarding the scope of work must be submitted in writing. Bidders must comply with requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57), where applicable. All bidders are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation from the County. In case of inconsistencies between this advertisement and the bid documentation, the bid documentation shall control.
