It is the intent to obtain informal bids to establish a contract for the purchase of two (2) light towers for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage. The light towers must match or be equivalent to the Wacker Neuson LTT6 portable light tower and meet the specified requirements regarding weight, engine, lighting, mast height, luminous flux, area coverage, generator specifications, fuel capacity, outlets, run time, and additional materials including operator and parts manuals. Operator training for 12 personnel is required. The successful bidder is responsible for coordination of equipment, including transportation and insurance, until acceptance. Vehicles/equipment must be delivered fully serviced and with fluid levels at manufacturer’s recommended capacity, with written certification of tare weight included. Alternate options meeting specifications are acceptable. A minimum one-year full machine warranty is required, and warranty information must be submitted with the proposal. Proof of business registration or exemption in the State of Ohio must be provided.
